Deutscher Flammentag 2025

15 September 2025 - 17 September 2025
Paderborn, DE
Paderborn University

Simon Heinzmann (from our partner ZHAW) will participate in the Deutscher Flammentag (German Flame Day) 2025 conference organised by the Paderborn University, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering.

He will deliver a presentation “Modeling and Stability Analysis of Transverse Thermoacoustic Modes in Reheat Combustors” on Tuesday, 16 September 2025 @ 11h10.

This presentation is a conference version of an earlier paper “Development and validation of a framework to predict the linear stability of transverse thermoacoustic modes of a reheat combustor“, published in May 2025 in the Combustion and Flame Journal (co-authored by Harish S. Gopalakrishnan and Mirko Bothien – both from ZHAW).
